Your rights and applications

Data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; and request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the legislation.

Security and retention

We protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and unlawful processing through appropriate administrative and technical measures. Data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and legal obligations; once that period ends, it is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
